Return and exchange policy

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all products sold on our store however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund under the following conditions:


1- The customer has the right to return the item within 7 days from the date of receiving the item

2- If the item is in good condition, the customer will bear the shipping costs

3- If the item is defective, the store will bear the shipping costs

4- In clothes: the store does not bear the shipping costs if the size sent is as requested by the customer, but the store bears the costs of shipping the return in the event that the store sends a size other than the size chosen by the customer

5- The merchandise must be in good condition and no change has occurred.


Please note that the refund to your account will only include the value paid for the product you purchased, and our store is not responsible for any costs of reshipping the product you do not want.


The products that are not returned are as follows:

• Products that are not in their original condition, opened, tampered or damaged.


• Products whose serial number does not match what is registered with us.


Under special circumstances, if you receive a product that is wrong or different from what you ordered or its specifications are different from what is shown on the website, we will arrange to return and replace the product free of charge, but the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it with its original packaging and/or its packaging without damage to any harm.
