For local orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
1- The customer has the right to return the item within 7 days from the date of receiving the item
2- If the item is in good condition, the customer will bear the shipping costs
3- If the item is defective, the store will bear the shipping costs
4- In clothes: the store does not bear the shipping costs if the size sent is as requested by the customer, but the store bears the costs of shipping the return in the event that the store sends a size other than the size chosen by the customer
5- The merchandise must be in good condition and no change has occurred.
6- The money will be refunded to the customer within a period of 7-14 days.

We are committed to customer satisfaction in all countries. Therefore, this policy has been developed to regulate exchanges and returns for orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia via DHL Express.
First: Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia using DHL. International shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight or the volumetric weight – whichever is higher – according to DHL standards.
Second: Return or Exchange Request Period
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their shipment, as per the DHL tracking information.
Any request made after this period will not be accepted.
Third: Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges
The following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original condition and unused.
It must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
It must not be classified as:
Custom-made or modified products.
Products that cannot be returned for health or consumer reasons.
The store reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet these conditions.
Fourth: International Shipping Fees
1) If the customer wishes to return an item without any fault on the store's part: The customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
The following will be deducted:
Original international shipping cost (even if free shipping was included in the offer).
Return shipping fees to the Kingdom.
Any customs duties or taxes paid.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipment's weight (actual or volumetric) according to DHL's rates.
2) If the store's fault is the reason (incorrect product or damaged due to packaging):
The store will bear the return shipping costs.
Clear photos must be provided within 48 hours of receipt to document the issue.
Fifth: Customs Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in the receiving country.
If the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to customs duties:
International shipping fees will be deducted.
Return fees and applicable customs duties will be deducted.
Only the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
Sixth: Return Procedure
Contact customer service via email or the contact form.
Provide us with the order number and photos of the product.
Upon approval, the customer will be provided with the return address within the Kingdom.
The customer is responsible for the shipment until it arrives in undamaged condition.
We recommend using a reliable shipping company with a tracking number.
Seventh: Refund Timeframe
After receiving and inspecting the product, the customer will be notified within 3–5 business days.
The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method.
The processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider's policies.
Eighth: Non-Refundable Items
Used or damaged products due to misuse.
Products that have been opened in a way that affects their resaleability.
Any product returned without prior authorization.
Ninth: International Shipping Responsibility
Once the shipment is handed over to DHL, the customer will be provided with a tracking number.
